Woman physically attack at Pick n Pay with their staff. And they don't want to released the video!

Dear friends and family. My mother went through an awful ordeal on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, @ PicknPay. She went to go to PicknPay @ Wonderboom Junction shopping center to exchange margarine 500grm for butter. She bought the wrong and wanted to exchange the margarine for butter. She forgot her slip in the car and had been parked very far. She asked the lady can she just swap and will pay the difference. They refused. She asked to see the manager. She went up to the office and made the same request. The female manager is very busy signing receipts slips of workers coming in with a pen without ink. It fascinated my mom. The manager woman said that she heard there was a complaint, and that she will have no luck with her because they don’t exchange things. My mother said to her, that according to the law it says that you can exchange. The manager woman got angry and came to my mom, my mother tried to record her as she stormed at her and started shaking her in process. My mom managed to take a picture at this stage she passed out and lost consciousness. When she woke up, the security man Aaron pushed her against the wall with his forearm, and could not move because her feet felt like something heavy was on them. She fell to the ground with a security man grabbing her and holding her pressed against the wall. ( We have a blurry image of when this happened at 16:01pm when she tried to record the manager.) The manager woman said she has the choice of whether she walks herself out or they help her out. She steps out accompanied by a security man. She had double vision and tunnel vision. She was sitting in the bakkie with her head on her arms. She did not know how long she sat there. She only knows at one stage she was with police at the station. They did not want to help her. As it did not fall in their area. She said she was lying on a bench in the charge area. Someone later came to take a statement and she was very nauseous and could not see well. She begged them to please take her home, they refused. She does not know how she got home. A friend sent a Doctor to her 2 days later. There were still pieces of paint from the wall in her skull from where he hit her head. She was diagnosed with a severe concussion, with bleeding on the brain and suggested that an MRI scan (tunnel) be done on her. Her body is jerking continuously and gets confused and cannot remember at times. Because there are no funds to go private she went to Steve Biko General Hospital, where she did not receive proper care from the staff. We got permits from the Eastern Cape and urgently went to Pretoria. The quote for MRI Was between R9000 -R25000. Brain specialist visits R2000 per visit. We could only do some brain scans which was R6900 still to pay it off. Her left side, leg, and arm is numb. The left side according to dr looks like it has fractured. She is now at George Hospital for further test scans and extras. They have put her in a temporary coma to do further tests. She did since come out and have been resting and recovering on a farm. Her speech is affected at times she stutterers and struggled to get words out. Neck vertebrae are what the Dr. is very worried about, as it has moved out of place from being shaken so badly. She is sometimes like a small child again and needs care. She is now okay, out on a farm for therapy while she is getting Physiotherapy and many other therapies and tests. Currently, the cost is around R9000 - R15000 a day at the hospital, that is without the costs of a Dr. / Specialist, scans, tests, and medication. That is pretty much my whole salary in a day!! My grandparents are in their 80’s and have used all their pension as well as their last savings to pay for medication, accommodations, and getting my mom to the doctors and hospitals as she needs. Danie van Reenen our Advocate has tried to get video footage but Pick n Pay but they won’t give us the video. We have tried to get this from Jaco the other manager of Pick n Pay but they refuse. We have not heard back from the Police in 3 months either and we think they have been paid off by PicknPay. Pick n Pay does not want to take responsibility for their actions nor do they want to release the video footage. Nor does the police want to help. This has caused us to go broke on paying the medical bills one after the other due to what their staff did to my mother. If any friends or family can help with a donation or can share this post so we can try and help my mom and grandparents to get the funding to get her healthy and normal again it would mean the world to us! I absolutely never thought I’d have to ask this, especially with such awful circumstances. Its been a terrible couple of months and we have not been able to talk about this until now. And still, we have to keep some information out. It crushes my heart to ask or even think that this is the reality. I’ll so sorry to ask as I know we are all in tough times.
