my helper went to Boxer in Inanda Newtown A to send money for her daughter who is in Chatsworth, when the daughter got to Boxer to withdraw the money the voucher gave an error that it had been redeemed. I called the customer service department Boxer who gave me the Pick n Pay contact details, the agent I spoke to confirmed that the voucher was redeemed at PNP in Pine Ridge which i believe is in Pinetown at 12:30 today, I requested the contact number for their head office, the lady i spoke to said she is transferring me to someone who is going to assist me, twice she tried and the line got cut off , the third time when i tried to call them again the line was engaged, i want this investigated internally, the till number the money was withdrew from, the cashier in Inanda is Nokuthula Dlungele, , money was deposited at 09:11
