Withheld change and bad service

<p>I went to picknpay on easter sunday, to purchase a 2l coke and cigarettes. I went to the kiosk and the lady at the till refused to assist me, she just kept saying I cant pay there. I then went to the second kiosk till where another till operator refused to ring up the coke and insisted I should go stand in the long queues. I asked to speak to a manager, then a lady named Claudine came and insisted I cant pay there and refused to help me. I then left the cigarettes as it was clear they dont want my money. I went to pay for drink at another till. There the till operator gave me short change, insisting she forgot the rest of my coins, and another customer also came back saying his change was wrong. I again went to Claudine and all her response was well she should've given your change. And laughed at me and said I must enjoy my day. Im disgusted by this behavior, bad service and not giving customers correct change, is that not theft? Thank you cashier 3 WC33, whatever that means, I will surely pass on what happened today. I will never go to Picknpay Promenade Mall Mitchells Plain again!!!!</p>
