Withdrawal limit on till points

<p>I went to the store to buy items as a regular customer, I then requested cash back as I did not want to use another ATM since the nedbank one was not working. The cashier and what I assumed to be a supervisor by the name of Martha advised me that their limit for withdrawals is 1500, while mine is more as per the owner. On top of that they told me I had to go to another tilll to withdraw the rest of the cash. I assumed they would take me to that till instead I was told to go on the qeue again. Not only was my time wasted by I encured extra swiping costs for something that does not even have a notification anywhere. I find this highly annoying while banks advertise that it is less and secured to withdraw at till points in stores</p>
