Withdrawal issues
I am a very frustrated customer as I went to withdraw and after being in the queue for over 30 mins, the teller and supervisor said they can not help me. I mean what is the point of signing up as assistance to the banks when customers can not withdraw? I needed R1000 but no assistance was give, was told to go. The teller was on teller 4 at 15:10. I honestly am super disappointed!!
