***** with smart shopper card

My name is miss Kuki Johanna Lubimbi I bought aT V at Pick n pay at Eastrand Mall for R6999 I payed the instalment required every month since 2020 December,up until now this year my account was defroded by unknown person for R13000 in January lodge a complain with them filled the dispute form and it was resolved now again same thing happened they,bought staff for 18000 how is that possible when I have asked them to close the account.They are taking advantage cause I am pensioner I'm not happy at all.
