Wit end with Pick n Pay Canal Walk

I'm at my witts end with Pick n Pay Canal Walk, whether ordering online or in store, their fresh produce is not up to standard I logged a query with an online purchase.

We purchased kiwis that was sell by date on the same date and tomatoes with some rotten. I was advised of a case and I was told a voucher was sent by food technologist and calls for tomotoes. I haven't received the voucher nor the call.

Only today did i receive the call and tried returning it to no luck
