Winner but they don't know what competition it is

@PicknPay I can't believe you guys don't know what competitions are running....no one knows anything...HO ,stores,call centre ,no one knows..I was apparently a winner Saturday and got nothing..Is it a **** to get people to buy stuff or what....I keep on getting feedback that they are busy with it...no ETA
