WIll not refund for good not delivered.

My last online order had two items not delivered yet still billed. I contacted the call centre they said they would sort it out but i should wait 5 days.<br> I contacted after 7 days they said they will contact the branch.<br> Now the original order was more than 20 days ago and still no refund. This amounts to theft.<br> <br> If you do online shopping - make sure you force the driver/delivery people to acknowledge that there are items incorrectly delivered. Further, check everything properly as there are almost always mistakes.
