Will never buy again

<p>I got a set of pots for Christmas which I did not want. The person said he bought it at Pick 'n Pay Menlyn, they should take it back. But they refused because I did not have a till slip. The product is still brand new, unopened in the original packaging. If you go inside the store, you can see the exact same product on the shelf, but they insist the product was bought elsewhere. This is pathetic.</p> <p>I have returned goods without a till slip to Checkers, Makro and Edgars. They did not give any money back, but a gift voucher for the same amount. Pick 'n Pay refused to do that and insist nothing can be returned without a till slip.</p> <p>This is enough reason for me to cut up my Smart Shopper card en never walk into Pick 'n Pay again.</p>
