Wife sustained a serious injury and no one cares.

On 24 January 2015 my wife walked through the express counter at the Faerie Glen branch and fell flat on the floor due to a wet floor that seemed to have been mopped and left like that. There was not a sign in sight.<br> <br> We immediately reported it to the operations manager Richard who took down our details and requested that we fill out a form. He above other staff members was well aware of her pain yet in more that 3 days not a single courtesy call was made or even just a status report. I eventually phoned him back to which he merely rep**** that they were investigating the matter-Not a single enquiry on her condition.<br> <br> More than 2 weeks after the incident I followed up again yet this time the excuse was that cashiers who priory confirmed to me directly that they didn't see the incident suddenly claimed that they did in fact see my wife trying to control a dog which resulted her to fall. At no stage were testimonies given while we were present.<br> <br> We have incurred medical costs and my wife still has after effects of this injury yet no one really seems to care or carry out a thorough investigation. Richard's treatment of this matter was delayed, unprofessional and appalling!
