Wife opened card in her name and another one in my

Wife opened 2 cards one in her name and one in my name. Every time I have bought from Pick n Pay they have allocated points to my card. When I checked what my balance is it tells me I do not have an account with them. I phoned their head office only to be greeted by a hostile women sadly I did not take her name and she was insistant that I did not have an account despite me actually showing my card to the staff at Little Falls. She reluctantly agreed to look into the matter and I have not heard from them since then about 4 months ago. I do have a loyalty card from the Spar and I get 10% discount on each purchase so they really can take their smart shopper card and shove it where the sun don't shine
