Wicodes not redeeming

I had an issue with redeeming 2 x wicodes from vodacom on 9 January 2022. I was told that the system was offline yet I left PNP and went straight to Nandos and was able to redeem 3 x wicodes! So this was clearly a PNP issue. I went again to try use my 2 x PNP wicodes today 10 January 2022 and was told the system is offline again. I could not get any assistance! My 1 x wicode is expiring today. This is ridiculous that over 2 days I cannot redeem my wicodes at PNP only. I am disgusted that I have to lose out because PNP can't sort themselves out.
