Why l i e to me?

I enquired about a product which I have purchased from Pick n Pay before (Blattanex ****roach gel poison) and I was assured that Pick n Pay does stock it but that I'd have to go to a Hyper store and I was assured that the Hyper in the Wonder Park Mall in Pretoria has stock. I went out of my way to go there only to find that they don't have the product. I could buy other ****roach poisons but NOT Blattanex which is manufactured by Bayer. I asked the consultant who works in that department and he assured me that they do NOT have that product on their shelves in that store. So what was the purpose of the exercise? Assuring me on Pick n Pay's social media page that that specific product was available AT THAT STORE? Yes I could get other products but I need that product IN A GEL format which I have bought at the Pick n Pay Jakaranda Centre in Pretoria before. Why l i e to me TWICE? So my time and petrol was wasted because of Pick n Pay's l i e s.
