Why Is Pick n Pay Not Responding to Customers?

A bunch of errors showing on my receipt, usually such a quick fix. Maybe only R200 or so... 18 May 2025 I shared the issue with ***... today 30 July, I have no feedback on the issue. I have sent 5 followup e-mails Plenty replies telling me someone will get back to me soon...
