Why is it so difficult to get my own money back
<p>I bought 2 clothing items from Pick n Pay Cresta. It's too big, and I had to return it. The clothing store in Strubensvalley didn't want to refund me (all the tags still intact), and insisted to give me a voucher (the slip wasn't in the bag as I thought it was). One lady offered to phone smart shopper line, but another lady was on the phone. When I offered my cellphone for the call, she stated it's after 5 and they are closed. It is unacceptable to not refund me on my credit card (I would've understand if the tags was damaged) and to force me to spend this money at Pick 'n Pay giving me a voucher. This was never the case and Pick n Pay was an understanding and efficient company with good customer service.</p>

Staff should be able to make exceptions, where there is sufficient evidence the items haven't been worn.
Don't force me to respend my money at PnP.
