Why don't you value your customers

I recently contacted PnP regrading an issue of hygiene in their bakery department to which they assured me it won't happen again and gave me voucher to be redeemed at Pavilion PnP. I went there on Sunday 15/01/2017 on arrival I was told as usual that there is no one at customer services and I would have to go to the ciggerette counter. There was a massive line which didn't move for a full 20 mins. When it was my turn I asked Jo-Anne why did they mix up retail customers with customer services? Her reply was so abrupt "would you like to speak to my manager?" How ****y is that? No greeting just sheer arrogance. This time I said I won't log a complaint to hello peter as I have Nolan number and so I called on Tuesday 17/01/2017 and he was busy on a call so I left my number with salaries and till now there's no return phonecall. I can't seem.to understand why PnP doesn't care about their customers and more so why would you have a customer service section with no one there???? On top of it you employ staff that are not trained as a trained staff will never reply with a rude reply like that!
