Why do packers not want to do their job??

I live in Roodepoort, about 5 minutes away from Pick n Pay Witpoortjie. I am always always buying my groceries there. My past experience is that the cashiers and packers are fast. This is now happening for the 2nd time. I think it was 2 weeks ago on a Sunday. Went to buy some groceries and when I was paying my groceries I had to pack my own groceries. While all the other customers were being packed for. I was not impressed but I said nothing. Today I go there and it's the same experience. Paying for my grocery and no packer around. There were more than 2 packers in the 2 isles next to ours but none wanted to pack. They were talking amongst themselves asking each other to pack. Eventually someone came to pack for me but it's like she didn't want to. My visit to the store will now no longer be. Disgusted at their service!
