Why do I care if you spend your money here?

I shop at Pick and Pay Wonderboom junction weekly , and I have a bad experience with a cashier named Rose before , but after today , I just cant leave this anymore , she is extremely rude , shell never say good morning ,this morning I had a lot of groceries , and asked her for 8 bags , she just counted it off , and then thru it on the other end of the counter , I prefer to pack myself , she does NOT open the bags like the other ladies , I was still struggling to open the bags , when she just kept on pushing more and more items onto my hands , as I was trying to pack items into the bags , she was pushing the items with so much force , that some of the items started falling on the ground , this did not bother her at all , she just kept on chatting to the lady next to her , and I had to pick up items of the ground , that I had to pay for now , this kind of service is disgusting , and should be addressed
