why did this person withdraw cash instead of paying with debit order

Hi my name is ellen i send my hubby to pick n pay express ndlela taxi city yesterday to pay for our dstv using a debit my debit card. At 15:51 i receive a withdrawal notification from capitec i call my hubby asking him why is he withdrawing and he says he is paying the 1st dstv n 2nd withdrawal notification comes in again n i call him again same answer. This guy njabulo mbambo the cashier decided he is going to withdraw money from my acc without informing my hubby n he is going to pay this two accounts cash. Without think of bank charges if he does know how to use a debit card for payment why he is not asking someone from the shop to assist is this person s****ed to work as a cashier this is not exceptable to me communication is very important when dealing with money
