Why can't you draw money at Pick n Pay any more?

I have on numerous occasions asked to draw money at your till point only to be turned away because you don't have cash. We can all understand that keeping large amounts of cash is risky but to not even leave R1000 or R2000 in the tills is ridiculous. It's bad enough people have to wait for so long only to be turned away. If you no longer offer the service let people know so we can shop elsewhere
