Why are so few till points open on Xmas Eve???

It's Xmas Eve, & out of the 11 till points at Pick n Pay, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, why are only 4 till points open?, & as per usual, the "manager" is no where to be found, what's going on, huh???????, Pick n Pay, STOP apologizing, do something positive about it, actions speak louder than words how do I give Pick n Pay, less than 0 stars, & hello Peter, please STOP thanking me for writing a positive review, it most definitely IS NOT a positive review, rather a VERY NEGATIVE review Pick n Pay, if you should reply, please reply PUBLICLY, & NOT, PRIVATELY, WHAT YOU HIDING?????
