Why are so few till points open on a Friday afternoon???

I have just left Pick n Pay, Cavendish Square, Claremont, Cape Town, why are so few till points open on a Friday afternoon at the "express" section of your store???, I asked for more tills to be opened, & the looks I got from your staff, well, enough said, I eventually found another till point, & after paying, I paid with a gift voucher, & the staff member at the till looked rather confused, after paying, I asked to see the manager, Dineo, eventually came over to speak to me, I told her about the problem of so few till points being open on a Friday afternoon, she also looked at me, as if, who am I to question her, about this, Pick n Pay, Cavendish Square, Claremont, Cape Town, please think, it may be a new experience..., hellopeter, please stop emailing me thanking me for writing a positive review, this is MOST DEFINITELY NOT A POSITIVE REVIEW, Pick n Pay, you don't even deserve 1 star
