Who handles reserved funds?

If there were ZERO stars I would rate that.

I purchased a few items online and an amount was reserved by Pick n Pay. A few days later u get a phone call that the microwave advertised on special is no longer in stock.

I asked how long do I wait and I get told they're getting newer models and they have no idea.

Why advertise things in special when you don't have stock?

I asked for a refund and stated clearly that I already know they take 5 to 10 business days to refund as I've had the same issue with the ASAP app a while back.

My order was place in July 28, 2023.

The rest of my items were delivered about 8 days ago and I've called in for my refund to be given a "reverse reserved funds" invoice to give my bank.

Why reserve funds and then give customers the run around.

FNB and Pick n Pay are blaming each other for my missing funds and nobody has answers.

I understand you reserve funds but the moment you delivered my items minus the microwave Why haven't you even contacted me for my refund!

I'm the one making phone calls between you and the bank!

This is ****** frustrating and I will never purchase anything from Pick n Pay ever again!
