Who doesn't love PNP RIGHT?!

<p>Been literally shopping there my entire life! Recently ive started shopping at pnp clothing and was so pleased with their range and prices. Was loving it till i purchased items that was on promotion... upon realising it was not the correct size i returned it, the problem was it was no longer on promotion -- now thats all fine. But the problem was when i thought i would happily do a straight swop for the correct sizes i was charged the new price and had to pay the difference. Now i bought those items fair and square on promotion, unfortunately in the incorrect size. I feel that in principle this is wrong and most unfair. Its not about the extra cash i had to produce, its about fairness, which i feel this item in your protocol is not. </p> <p>Alot of people including myself have accociated pnp with quality and value for money and most importantly you held the right values which people have come to trust.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just a little disappointed.</p>
