White is not allowed

Today my wife was stoped to try on a white t-shirt as management of the Rosbank store has decided to apply a new rule that no one is made aware of ... to prevent make up smudges u are not allowed to try white shirts ... firstly make up smudges will be on all colors of clothes , secondly customers are not informed prior to shopping at your store of these “rules” ... What will the CPA say about this !!
