Where must we shop with our babies

I was at a Pick n Pay key west mall to pay some bills and had a 5 month old baby with me so I decided to put her in a baby trolley. Upon my departure I was not allowed to exit the store using a baby trolley. The security at the door told me the reason for that is because they only have 5 baby seat trollies and they always lose them. So how is that suppose to be my problem? So what will happen if I go there to do my grocery shopping with the baby? How inconvenient. Why have baby trolleys if we can't use them. I avoid shopping at Shoprite right next to where I stay because they don't have baby trolleys and I drive all the way to a Pick n Pay for baby trolleys and now I'm not allowed to use them. I must say, Pick n Pay Key West is the only store with this problem. All the other Pick n Pay stores I've been at don't have this problem
