Where is your stock.
There was a special at the Pick n Pay Supermarket and Hypermarket. It was for the Lux Botanicals body wash 750ml for R 49-99 in the one pamphlet and the Big Jim Alpha storage set for R 59 in another pamphlet. So not knowing which of the pick 'n pays around me are a Supermarket, i phoned their help line. I was asked for the names of the Pick 'n Pays so she could phone them and ask them if they are a supermarket. Found that the Pick 'n Pay Willowbridge is a supermarket. So off i go on Saturday. Looking for the Lux 750ml only to be told that they don't stock the 750ml. I asked the lady if this was a Supermarket and she rep**** yes but they don't stock it. Looking for the Big Jim set only to find they have none. Let me just add that the day before i was at Pick 'n Pay Middestad and Pick 'n Pay Boston and they both had the sets but they are not a supermaket so it was not for R 59. Trying to save money but end up wasting it on petrol for nothing.
How about, ok we will get the products for you since you wasted your petrol coming to the right store but did not have stock or do not stock the product advertised for the store even though it said supermarket and i made sure it was a supermarket that i went to.
I found it amazing that promotional stocks are limited but there is plenty at the stores that is not on special.
