where is the care for your customers?

i am a regular at the mulbarton pnp and draw cash at their tills all the time but to my disappointment when I used the cash I drew at their till on at gold reef and was totally embarrassed asI was escorted to the security office to be told that the 200 rand Iwanted to use is *****ulent..I was made to fill out paperwork and eventually told that they need to keep the money ..i went to the Mulbarton pnp and reported this to a mangaer named Christne who took photo copies of the documents that was gven to me by gold reef ..she told me she would get back to me the next day ,i went back a week later and she had not received ant communication from HO has yet, same story a week later it is now almost 3 months later and nothing I think PnP should reimburse My money if nothng else very disappointing that they do not care for their regular customers
