Pick n Pay, what happened to the phone call?, a lady from Pick n Pay, Main Road, Claremont phoned me earlier today saying she was going to phone me back "shortly", I'm still waiting, what's happening, what's going on?, unfortunately, I didn't get her name.

It's regarding blue tooth earphones that I can't use because they hurt my ears, I'm still waiting for my FULL REFUND PLEASE.
