Where is my order?

I placed an order on 4 Dec 2022 for clothing.

No email was ever received since.

Here i am on the 9th of Jan 2023 and till today have not received my order or any communication from anyone. I even sent a mail to the complaints department but still no answer.

If i call head office there lines are busy for hours.

I am not happy and will never buy from them again.
