Where is my order and fix your customer care line, it doesn't work!

I've had the worst experience with this online shopping order that was mea t to be collected at PnP Hypermarket Somerset Mall!

I placed an order online the 21 February 2026, to date the order is still in progress online.

I have been calling the customer care line every day since Tuesday ( delivery promise/scheduled for Mo***nday the 23/02). The customer Care line does not work! Everytime i called ***and select home order, I wait then it disconnects. Everyday! Eventually I called the new ASAP number on thursday and im told they don't have access to Home orders and will escalate to back office. Thereafter no call, no update.

Eventually I receive a call from ***, yesterday, telling me my order is ready for collection at Somerset Mall, PnP Hypermarket. Today I waited for what felt like an hour with a 2 year old in the passage of a fully packed store standing and shifting around so people can pass and not trample on my child, while they scrambled to find my order. Then, after calling the lady on the store announcement system say the one item is missing, after waiting again they its actually out of stock! On an online order (7 days later!). JUST LIKE THAT, and the staff calls the manager to speak to me!

This after the laptop was in-store but the price was different from the online price and they advised i just do the order online from the WAREHOUSE stock, which i found ********* because the hypermania was not advertised as an online only sale that is why i went to an actual store!

I am furious! From the frustration of no sms or email updates on the order to the disconnected calls with MY airtime. Even more so because this is an urgent buy for my daughter who started university and actually NEEDS it!

WHEN I will get my full order? Wendy ___________________________
