Where is my money

I have bought some clothing items from pick n pay clothing online . I must say l was impressed by the service on how quickly did it take to deliver my items unfortunately some few items they did not fit me so I had to return them that is when the nightmare began I do not live near pick n pay clothing so they had to send a courier to pick them up that took 3 weeks and I was still patient and now l have been waiting for my refund its been a month now l just phoned them now the lady told me there is nothing they can do its still in process l have been getting that answer for a month maybe if lm lucky l will get it end of January. This was my 1st time buying from them online l will never ever in my life l have never been this tormented in my life with everything l have bought on line this was a 1st for me.
