Where is my money??

I'm truly upset, on black Friday (25 November 2022) I bought some items on your app and some of it was not available where I then had R1400 in my wallet. I requested a payout about 6 times, phoned then they said your app has problems, numerous emails later, some of them nobody even responds to, they said the payout was processed on the 14th and it will take 10 days, still no money back in my account and still no answer on my last 3 emails. Where is my money?? Was it processed?? Why is it taking so long (more than a month) this is ridiculous and so unprofessional!!!!???? I am truly so disappointed in you Pick n Pay!!!!
