Where has Quality gone
Pick n Pay Boston, formally known as Basils ... What has happened? Empty shelves, false advertising, sour products, unfriendly staff, hyped prices and the list goes on. Is the customer not your priority anymore? Are you that hungry for money that quality standards are now out the window and mass production prevails? If I had to sum up the last 2 months visiting your PnP, it would simply be \Disorganized Chaos".

I have tried calling the head office"
