Where do you buy the meat which I purchase from you!

<p>Purchased a Beefroll for our Sunday Lunch.. Fantastic looking and well prepared. Unfortunately I am unable to chew through the meat. Honestly impossible! Previously I purchased T bones from the same Pick and Pay. Actually at the deli where they sell the marinated steaks. I went to the manager the next day to complain and he walked to the Deli and told the butcher that the meat was though! That was that! According to my understanding Pick and Pay sells quality food. And the butchers they employ will not waist their time preparing food that can not be digested. I know where I should by my dogs food but apparantly it is at your butcher. Tomorrow I will tske this same meat to your branch manager at George Pick and Pay and I want him to show me how to eat it.</p>
