When you order on pick n pay asap and get it 4 hours later - and some of the goods are not in the delivery bag but you did not get a refund for it

I do not recommend buying from them anymore. I ordered my goods at 10am and only received it at 14:30 - 4 and a half hours later which is not asap. It used to be delivery within an hour and also, the last 4 times I used the asap app, not all my goods was in the delivery basket - which means I am paying pick n pay asap for goods which is not delivered - so they are getting free money. Do not recommend the asap delivery service at all
