When the only thing that is big, is the disappointment.

The current cookware promotion was a repeat of a campaign from a few years ago. The pamphlets, stickers, rules are all the same. The capasity of the pots are not reflected anywhere on the promotional material. It lead me to believe that the cookware will be similar to the previous collection, which was absolutely lovely! I collected my stickers in order to replace the big pot in the collection from the previous campaign. Big was my dissapointment when the pot turned out to have a capacity of 2,4liters. A pot of such a size is of no value in a family environment. I asked the lady in the store if there is a way that I can change my pot for a pan or one of the other items. She felt that as a customer we are just lucky to receive anything and that I should take my pot and go. I took a picture of my (very) old pot from the previous campaign next to the new current 80 sticker pot. I would like to be able to change this little thing for something that would actually be useful. Would this be a possibility?
