When poor service A AAbecome pathetic service

I placed an online Pick n Pay order -booked all items , and the 1ste slot in the morning was today -to deliver between 10H00- 11H00 -this at R90 for delivery , planned my day around this , all was in place , already paid for all , now after 11H00 the order still has not shown up , no word from Pick n Pay - I then phoned the call center , and was kept on the line for over 10min (at my cost) to be told -they don't know when the order can be delivered ????, 12H15 the order show up -no apology , just that is how it is (orders in other time slots are R50 -R75 ) NOT R90 -now I ordered 2 times 6 -2L coke's -paid R166.80 -he show up with 4 2L Coke's - NO Note that it is no stock -billed as it is being delivered ????!!! on top of that the bags -the cat sand is in is , are torn -so I'll have to carry it by hand -but remember yet again I'm paying for it - I'll NEVER USE YOU AGAIN
