When a customer have to beg for service

I was at Pick 'n Pay yesterday afternoon in Canal Walk and I received the worst service you can ever receive from a service provider. Does Pick 'n Pay staff realise that we can do our shopping online to their detriment why endure this unacceptable behaviour. These staff members were Warda and Nomabhongo who clearly thought it was acceptable for me to wait for them to continue having a conversation while they were doing a hand over I must just wait and endure this. I made their Supervisor and their Manager (Nazley) aware of my dissatisfaction. Nomabhongo refused to even provide her name and apologise.
