wheel clamping zone without signs

on the 14/02/2015 I parked my car at pick 'n pay to get some snacks from spar. when I got back my wheel was clamped. I approached the security on the other side of the parking to find out what the problem was he then showed me a sign that said free parking for 15 min for pick 'n pay customers wheel clamping zone. I told him that there are no signs where I had parked he just ignored me and said I must pay R220 for release. I was with my wife and I was taking her to the moonstruck concert on 4th beach for valentines day so not to spoil her day I told him that's not right. he told me he can make a plan and asked me how much I have, I told him R150 and he said it's fine. I asked him for the manager he said he is busy. to keep the peace I paid him and he said you can go, no receipt of any kind to say that payment was made. there was only about 3 cars in the lot with myself.<br> they can do what they want to any customer even if you shop at pick 'n pay they will still clamp your wheels.
