Whats the use of a rain cheque i cant use???
Good Day,
I was issued with a rain cheque at your Newtown Store as they were out of stock and still are out of stock of the Norlac C***** Lactose Free Milk.
I was advised by the branch manager that I can use the rain cheque at any Pick n Pay store.
Yesterday, I visited Nedbank Primrose and they REFUSED to accept the rain cheque stating I can only use it at the issuing store. I was then told to read the terms and conditions on your website which I did. it does not stipulate I need to get it from the issuing store.
How can I get it from Newtowns Store when they have been out of stock for over 4 weeks??
Please advise a way forward.
