Whats the point??

I had my local Pick n Pay in Kyalami advertising a new smart shopper card with a promotion to it and was sold the idea but was made to drive to the same Pick n Pay 3 times to try get a card and it activated and kept being given dates when new cards would have arrived. It was an utter waste of my time and had me thinking what is the point of Pick n Pay advertising such a product and trying to roll it out if they dont have the capacity ro do so and have us wasting our time.
