What's happening to Pick n pay?

I'm very disappointed with what I see recently at Pick n pay Keywest mall in Krugersdorp. Since the beginning of level 1 lockdown, there's no social distancing and shoppers as well as staff are wearing masks below their noses. How can such a big brand be so ********?

There were no till packers and we stood in long queues for the past two Fridays, compared to Cradstone Mall Pick n pay which is just a few minutes drive away........it feels like two different worlds.
