What terms and conditions

<p>Don't ever place an order with Pick n Pay online shopping. Placed an order on Monday for a deliver that took place on Tuesday. The order was not complete and I made a note of this as they said I should so that it could be done. On Wednesday I placed a complaint with the customer care and the shop manager called to say that my missing items would be delivered on that day. Ha ha ha shame on me for being a fool! It is now Sunday and even though Pick n Pay has taken my money I am still waiting for my goods. Now where does it say that they are allowed to do this and when am I going to be treated like a customer! I either want my money back or I want my goods.</p>
