What is this!!PNP
I swiped my card they said it declined I payed cash after paying the money went out my account .The lady said it would reverse back till this day nothing .this happened on the 24th Dec.whenb8bcall to ask for a timeline for refund they say they don't know

04 Jan 2025, 18:51On the 24th I bought some items and when I used my card to swipe for them they said it declined meanwhile I had sufficient funds. I then altered to use cash after I finished paying a notification cane from my bank said the card payment had gone through. I showed the lady at the till she said the money would reverse back into my account .This was on the 24th of December. I went back with my bank statement on the 26th and they said they will escalate it. Till today nothing when I go ask they say they are still waiting for correspondence from the settlement department and there is no time frame .. tell me what nonsense is this !!! From the 24th till now .PNP this is unacceptable I want my money back now!!! This is nonsense and a horrible shopping experience..Pick nPay clothing In Durban Umlazi Mega city pay my money back I have waited long enough! Here's my reference number ***
