What is picknpay ASAP even if u have to wait 5 hours for your order.

My complaint is about the picknapay asap app. I placed and order at 11:52 its now 25:21. Still no order. All it days is your order have been received since I placed the order. Called them twice. The 1st time the I was told thy would call me back after thy have spoken to the store. (Promenade) I'm still awaiting the call. Called for a second time only to be told their asap scanners was off so thy could not process my order. So why would you take the customers money knowing you won't be able to assist or deliver. Why the accept the order if your system is having issues. Now thy telling me thy can't day when it will be delivered I just have to wait and then the customer service lady dropped the call on me. The nerve....
