What is company policy about hygiene on the hands

I went to Pick n Pay Family Azaleapark I was helped by Dimakatso Ledikoangane her service was so poor I had to stand there wait for more than 30 seconds for her to manage to pass the plastic bag it was all because of her long nails what is the company policy with that because this cashier are working with food and long nails are just so unhygienic am just concern since we are in this covid pandemic what I annoyed me is when I told her she was taking for ever she had the nerve of calling me nana....
