What is a ***** or cheat?
It is quite obvious that there is very little staff training. Staff have no energy or show any interest in the customer. I stopped shopping at Pick n Pay some months ago because I was constantly beeing overcharged, and even threatened by one of the managers that he will have me arrested because I took a photo of the items that I was overcharged for. Today I made the mistake of going shopping at the Hyper at Princess crossing, only to be overcharged again. Only R10 was the response.... what if I stole R10 from them? And how much does R10 multip**** by every customer come to? I think they are cheating us all

Why say that you're going to do something and don't do it?
Seems to me that Pick n Pay is very quick to make promises and excuses, but not very good at providing the goods.
