"What do I do with the heater" kelvin govender????????

On the 23/05/2018 I bought a heater for R650.00,its a 7Fin oil radiator 1500 watt. Yesterday I went back to pick and pay westgate to ask for exchange they called the manager for me,he told me he wont exchange or refund it because there is nothing wrong with it..Someone has to teach that manager (kelvin govender) how to treat customers..Well im a customer and im not happy with that product,and its still under guarantee. Worst of all no one told me about the guarantee.. okay then I called the head office,the lady tried by all means to call the shop to ask what hapened but no one answered. Then the lady told me I will be called today by the regional manager,up to now im still waiting for a call.. thanks to the lady from headoffice I forgot her name.. so what do I do with this heater???
